Each of FIDE's member federations casts one vote by secret ballot; a ticket wins with a majority of votes cast. Counts below are federations logged as "Endorsed" here, against the territories this tracker covers — an approximation of FIDE's actual membership, not an official count.

Every shaded country is a FIDE-eligible territory. Grey means silent — no public endorsement, decline, or comment has been reported yet. A few non-members (e.g. Benin, North Korea, Greenland) are shown in a lighter neutral shade for geographic context — hover for the name, but they aren't part of the vote.
